Imagine we would sustain another flood disaster as in the Netherlands in 1953 or in New Orleans in 2005. How could we be prepared for these disasters nowadays? With the rescue kit people in risk areas far below sea level, could bring themselves in safety on the rooftop. The rescue kit is placed under the rooftop window and could be thrown out the window. It will inflate to a rescue raft. People are in safety during a few hours. In case water rises up, the rescue raft can be detached from the component underneath. Now it can be used as a rescue raft on water.
